Exercise Thread BEGINS!
I'm with Chelle, only took, all of the decorations down, yesterday! Every morning, when I get up, I do a series of chair exercises, and then standing ones, with my 2, 3# weights. I also, do them, before, I go to bed. I clean my own house, and do everything here, and believe for me, that is good exercise! ha For me, shopping, and pushing a cart at the grocery store, is also, good exercise, all of the stores, ar SO big, nowdays!
