Weight Loss goals for 2008
You have to come to Maryland and get some of our fried oysters. They are gooooood!
Boiled crawfish are good because they are not very fattening. I need to get to New Orleans sometime this year.
I will amaze myself if I get into a reg. exercise program. I hate gyms and I will make any excuse. The funny thing is, I actually like movement and natural forms of exercise. I can dance all night, if I can stay awake!!!!!

Me too Phyllis - I want to lose another 50 pounds this year. I figure if I kick up my exercise from 45 minutes to 60 plus walking the dog (she walks me really), increase my liquids and eat more healthy (cut out the crap) I just might get there. But it is time for me to stop screwing around and just do it. What better way than the beginning of a new year. So I am with you Phyllis! I will start a ticker for my 50 pound weight loss challenge - good thing it is just a challenge with myself because I really don't do good on the challenges.
I would love to get together! You are in Northern Virginia right? I'm not far away at all - we could meet somewhere in the middle! Happy New Year and we will keep on each other. I really want to do this. I want to feel better about myself and look a little better before summer. I read somewhere that there are about 100 days before summer - which means the beach/shore and I know that is something we have in common too.
I would love to be at goal by next bandiversary (next december) I have another 74 lbs to go. I think I can do it.. I just have to get my mind to it. Now that I am done with school, I have more time to focus on me.. plus my husband is working nights so I have no excuse not to go to the gym after work.
So my 2008 goal is 74 lbs or more!
