Weight Loss goals for 2008
Hi Phyllis! Sounds like a excellent plan you got going on.. I wish you lots of luck and I know this is going to work for you and make you happy..
Good luck in 2008 lady...
AS for me, I HAVE to start going back to exercising! I have too.. Not only do I have too but I am paying for the gym that I hardly been using..
My excuses are: NO TIME, LAZY, PROCRASTINATING! Oh brother!
This is my biggest issue concerning the New Year, so I really need to focus on this..
And being a better mom, person, daughter, friend etc etc..
Happy New Year Phil.. HUGS, CN
I know this is kinda boring but mine is not to lose anymore but tone up. I am expecting to lose a few more pounds but balance that out with a build up in muscle.
I was thinking........ how about starting a recipe or healthy food thread or something along those lines? Ummm Recipe of the Week? People can contribute their favorites. I'd enjoy that as I'm so lazy in regards to cooking. My husband does most of it and he sticks to his meat and three veg lol.
Good luck with your dr. appointment.

Yes, Yes, Yes!!! You took the words right out of my mouth! I really need to get some good "diet" recipes. I am so sick of the same old, same old. Phyllis woulde be a good one to be in charge of that, she and...oh crap, I am so awful with names..Hmmmmmm....Oh well, her name will come to me and I'll report back.
I only have one goal: Exercise!
Because, I really am not a bad bandster as it relates to food. Sure, I have my moments but I don't overeat, don't eat many sweets. I do like my fried oysters but considering that I luv'ed me sum fried food, I'm okay with that. Besides, I gave up the raw oysters. I have to limit myself with boiled crawfish because I don't get that soft stop with them. So I'm good with the food. And I definitely get in my liquids.
So, it's gotta be exercise!
