I am ashamed to type what I have eaten today but maybe writing it down will help me be more accountable.
B: half a piece of birthday cake (bad girl)
L: sm mushroom cheesesteak (I did leave the chips on my plate..hehe)
S: sm vanilla coolata from Dunkin Donuts
D: nothing yet and I should probably leave it that way...lol
Now that I look at this, no wonder I am gaining and not losing. I need to slap myself upside the head!!! Tomorrow will be better.

Piece of low-fat string cheese, piece of deli turkey
Went to a tea party with some friends, and had some goodies, couple of cookies, and mini quiches
Couple of small pieces of my new fave pizza from Trader Joes with kalamata olives and feta
An excellent Chardonnay...I'll keep the # of glasses to myself....

Breakfast was fat-free american cheese & wheatable crackers on the way to getting my car serviced.
Lunch was part of an Oriental Chicken salad at Friendlys
Dinner was turkey, string beans and a little cranberry sauce. I had fresh cherries for dessert.
I also had coffee, iced tea and lots of water.
