If you got the recipe for the pancakes from the board, it was probably from me! ha I put onions in mine, too! Whatever, they sure are good, and easy, too.

They are good very good and so easy. I also lessen the carbs/calories by using Spelt Flour instead of real flour.

Today was spent visiting with friends in the city. Breakfast was coffee and then a very small grilled chicken wrap in the car. Lunch was Arroz con Pollo with a salad (at my friend's) a glass of white wine later on Snack was Spanish coffee (very strong) then a small piece of fruit tart with no sugar added vanilla pudding and fresh fruit on top. Dinner tonight was the other half of the grilled chicken wrap and no sugar added apple sauce for dessert. Not the best diet day but it would have been much worse before my band!

Kimmie, that doesn't sound so bad to me, at all, just that you could eat the bread! Hope you get that doctor straight, and maybe they will help you with paying for your next fills. My doctor, set up a special plan, since my ins. wouldn't pay for mine. Worth a try! I think fills are sO far out of line! Man!~
