What keeps you fullest....longest?

I generally have oatmeal for breakfast. If I don't have that, I have cereal, or yogurt topped with granola.
For an extra special treat, like tomorrow, I'm fixing eggs benadict. So easy! Toasted English muffin, topped with poached egg, and Knorr Holandaise sauce, a few snipped chives on top. If I wait until about 10 am, I can eat 1/2 muffin with 1 egg. I feel so full when I eat that. It holds me for several hours.
