What have you done today?
I haven't gotten all my water in yet.
But I did do about 45 minutes worth of Yoga with my daughter. Then I had a lunch of steamed brown rice and sweet potatoes blended into a "pudding" of a sort. Sweet potatoes, brown rice, vanilla soy milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup zipped up in a food processor.
So I'm off to a good start today.
