I drink my water most days.
I never drink carbonated beverages.
I think that is all the GOOD things I can come up with. HOW SAD IS THAT??????
Okay, I DON'T exercise regularly, count calories, skip sugar, watch my carb intake, and I drink wine way too often.
I basically suck. But my band is still intact, and it appears to be working okay.
