Hello;
Last night my son-in-laws 48 year old brother (Johnny) suffered a massive heart attack and died.
If you find it in your heart please send prayers and positive thoughts of healing to the Rivera family and to my son-in-law Edwin and Daugher Jenn for a safe drive to Florida during this time of Grief.

Right back at you kid. Hope that your holidays are filled with those things and people who bring you the most joy and peace.

Peace. . .
As we go into the last of the craziness that is the Holiday Season, I wish you safe journeys and peace, time spent with loved ones and may 2013 find you living the lives you were meant to have, sharing your joys and whatever life brings you with the company of good friends and family!
Merry Christmas, as that is the holiday I celebrate, but whatever yours is (or isn't) I wish you happiness!
With love, Laureen

I am down near Kennett, but something in West Chester might be workable for everyone since it is kind of centrally located!
Congratulations on your surgiversary. Keep doing what you are doing and regain shouldn't be am issue for you. I am so happy for all of your successes and achievements. I know I enjoy life much more now because I can do more. Being in the game and no****ching from the sidelines is awesome. Congrats again!

Good Morning PA peeps,
I was up early this AM and decided to do a posting. Was subbing the past two days and the "natives" were very restless. I was in a 2nd grade classroom and I just kept them working hard. I spoke to the principal yesterday about the possibility of me being a long term sub in this class and found out that she is looking for someone with more experience in primary. Although I am not a primary teacher I know that I could do the job but the problem is that I don't have the "paper" to show that. It seems that experience is valued less and less and paper is valued more and more these days. I know that I am starting to sound like an old fart but it is getting very discouraging. It is so disheartening to know that you are more than qualified to do the job and yet are not given the opportunity to do so. She did ask if I would help "transition" the new teacher in since I know that kids and the routine. I need the money so of course I said yes. So today I am sad and trying hard not to let it get me down. On a brighter note we are getting closer to the winter solstice and that means the days will be getting longer again.
Hope that everyone has a good day today and that life isn't too crazy for you. For myself I am just trying to stay focused on the present and not giving into the sadness. Take care all.

Hi Lisa and PA,
I have been insanely busy today with doctor's appointments and errands. I am finally home for a longer period than 50 minutes. It is amazing how much I am trying to get done in the next week and a half.
Today, I had a doctor's appointment and a dentist appointment. In between, I had to run to Staples and AC Moore. But first thing in the morning, I was at my sister's waiting for the delivery of her new dining room chairs.
Tonight, I am going to get some more stuff packed, and my living room straightened up.
Hugs,
Trish
