PA insurance?

I have UHC compass. PA does not cover the surgery. Has anyone had the WLS covered by this insurance and if so how?

I just recently self-pay do this issue. However, you're googling I did find a guy who said if your doctor says it's an absolute matter of life and death surgery will be approved at least that's for Blue Cross Blue Shield... Awful

Have Aetna, they say they will cover 100% as long as hospital is in-network. Good luck!
