Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?

Hey PA peeps, won't you join me in sharing your meal plans, I know everyone does not plan as I do, however, it is still a good idea to log your food choices, even at the end of the day, so as to keep yourself on track and/or being able to see if things are heading in a direction of, what the heck is wrong with the scale. . .

B:  Eggbeater omlet made with veggies, sprouts and l/f swiss cheese, english muffin, this will be split into breakfast and mid-morning snack

S:  As above

L:  Turkey loaf, darn but I forgot my veggies :(

S:  Hummus and pretzel chips

D:  Terriyaki Pork loin and squash

S:  Watermelon

Vitamins, calcium supplements and lots of water.  Thanks to any and all who might jump in to participate. . .
