Monday: Whatcha Eating today?
Happy Monday, today's food plan is as follows:
B: 1 multigrain berry pancake, 1 egg, 1 turkey sausage patty
S: Homemade fruit salad, berries, watermelon, catalope and mango with some cottage cheese
L: Two ribs, collard greens and tomato salad
S: Popcorn with laughing cow
D: Chicken stir fry with veggies from my garden
S: Piece of pepper jack and fruit salad
Vitamins, calcium supplements and lots of water
