Finally get to meet surgeon

I've talked with people who have had Dr Ibele, they are very pleased with her. Remember that Geisinger is a Center of Excellence, so they are held to higher standards than the average Doctor. You are going to like her, and you will do great!!!!

I heard too many horror stories bout Petrick.  My dad's 2nd wife worked up in the ward, and she told me about how more people had to have extra surgeries and problems from his work.

I'm going to have them take my gallbladder out, too.   I have gallstones and yep, I do have problems with pain there...

I had Dr Petrick do my surgery and have had no problems. Thank God! I think he's a wonderful surgeon. The main thing is that you should go with the surgeon who you are most comfortable with. My husband has an appointment to have his gall bladder out with Dr Ibele in August, maybe we will see you at one of the appointments..lol

 maybe.  i have knee surgery on the 15th....  i tore the meniscus in my left knee.. OUCH..  so this will be fun...
