Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?

Doesn't anybody plan a little of what they are eating, logging food choices?  Well here I go, at 4 years 9 months, my plan for today is as follows:

B:  Thomas' w/w english with 2 ounces of mozzarella

S:  Cottage cheese with berries/cherries

L:  Veggie burger and my veggie medley, along with a half of tomato and red onion from my garden

S:  Truffle bar

D:  We went to Olive Garden where I got Grilled Peach Chicken made with peaches, salad and what amounted to about a third of a cup of pasta.

S:  A few cherries and small piece of provolone

Vitamins, Calcium supplements and lots of water.  With the heat today, please be sure to get your requisite water in!

1 - ham/egg/cheese eng muffin, hash browns
2 - none
3 - egg salad sandwich on wheat
4 - none
5 - I think we're going Italian tonight.
6 - corn flakes with strawberries/blueberries.

Stopping when the pouch says STOP!

l     ham  n cheese sandwich on multi grain bread with flax
            tsp salad dressing and 1 oz iceberg lettuce
       fit n active yogurt

s   2 cups watermelon

d  grilled salmon with grilled eggplant

s  not sure yet.... either yogurt or pineapple
