Check this out - I am hardly a "cooking type" so trust me when I share a recipe!

Sheryl Crow's Vegan Chocolate Mousse

2 ripe avocados, mashed (I used 3 medium size)
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup agave syrup (I used Splenda, and added a splash of cold coffee for a bit of added liquid)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix thoroughly or process in food processor.

Spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Chill and serve with berry garnish.

Honestly - you can serve this to company! I used Hershey cocoa but if you are a bit more gourmet, go for the gusto! Best thing IMO is that it takes ONE bowl and has only 5 easy ingredients!

I'm no cook so if I want vegan snacks this is the place to go.Danielle makes the best and you can get then in Bethlehem or in the high end restaurants in Philly and Manhattan.
