Hi and Happy Wednesday, at 4 years 8 months post-op, my food plan is rather boring today and here is what it is:

B:  Turkey bacon and two slices of my french toast (made with w/w lite bread, egg beaters, cinnamon and vanilla in a nonstick skillet)

S:  Fresh fruit salad (nectarines, cherries, blueberries and strawberries) with a piece of laughing cow cheese

L:  Turkey Chili with l/f cheese

S:  More fruit or Popcorn and another piece of laughing cow cheese

D:  A Panera salad

S:  Blue Bunny Sweet Dreams Raspberry/Vanilla Swirl Bar

Vitamins, Calcuim supplements, lots of water. . .

To all those who participate, I thank you, for those lurkers who want to see what post-wls people eat at different points, feel free to join in, as studies show, keeping a food journal aids us long-term.

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen
