What are you eating today?

I'm trying some different techniques to stay on track and focused.  Today I am doing a no grain day.

1 - 2 eggs with ham/cheese
2 - strawberries/watermelon
3 - salad with grilled chicken
4 - strawberries/watermelon
5 - apple or banana with peanut butter
6 - burger, no bun, salad

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2.9 oz short cuts chicken
lite cheese stick

B: 2 slices of homemade french toast (made w/light w/w (35 calories a slice)); egg beaters, vanilla and cinnamon in a non-stick skillet with spray and one piece of turkey sausage

S: cup of cut up nectarines, strawberries, blueberries and a few cherries

L: turkey chili and small piece of mock pizza made with spinach, cheese, eggbeaters and seasoning

S: Klondike slim bar

D: Bourbon chicken and veggies (childs portion)

S: Fruit and cheese


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen
