TGIF - Whatcha Eating today?

Friday is here and this is my plan at 4.8 years post-op. . .

B:  eggwhites, turkey bacon and swiss cheese, gutted w/w everything bagel, touch of butter

S:  Blueberries, strawberries and banana

L:  Turkey Chili and salad

S:  Peppers, fennel and cheese

D:  ?

S:  ?  probably ice cream

I could have done without the bagel, but it was soooo good and worth the extra, besides I really gutted it to the point that it was just a shell. . .


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

i had a protein coffee this morning.

i really have no desire to eat anything. i have no appetite.

Ok, now I understand why you might feel that way, but please keep your strength up and keep fluids on board, vites and supplements and get your protein requirements met, whether it's through shakes, bars, whatever you got to do, girl. . .  it's a sad time, I know, but you need to keep your health up.
