Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?
Middle of the work week for those of us priveleged enough to have a job (lol). . .at 4.8 months post-op, my plan for this day is as follows:
B: 1/2 a w/w breakfast wrap, egg whites, turkey bacon and a slice of alpine lace cheese
S: Banana, strawberries, blueberries and a laughing cow cheese wedge
L: Salad with bbq pulled chicken
S: slices of red pepper, fennel and hummus
D: possibly some turkey chili, or an eggbeater omlet made with spinach, onions and peppers
S: An s/f ice cream pop
Vitamins, calcium supplements and lots of water. . . hope you have a good choices day

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
