Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?

For some of us, it's one more work day before the holiday weekend. . . for everyone else, it is what it is ;)

At close to 5 years post-op, this is my plan for today.

B: Ricotta Apple Pancakes w/turkey bacon

S: Peach and cheese stick

L: Leftover steak and sweet potato

S: Yogurt or orange and cheese

D: Sushi

S: No sugar added Klondike bar

Treat your tool well, and your tool will treat you well back. . .

1 - 2 eggs with onion, 1/2 bagel w/cream cheese
2 - strawberries
3 - 6" subway turkey sub on flatbread
4 - skipping
5 - 3 oz london broil, 1/4 c. potatoes or noodles, 1/4 c. green veggie
6 - SF ice cream

double protein shake this morning. mint cookie with mint coffee. super yum!

cheese stick

3 oz turkey breast

cheese stick  i know, boring!

grilled chick salad with feta cheese candied pecans and cranberries with a drizzle, and i mean like barely nothing of balsamic dressing.

will be having lots of water tonight at darts....
