Super Sunday Roll Call
Good Morning PA,
Today is supposed to be a terrific day weather wise. I am enjoying the windows being open again. My living room has a ceiling fan, and that really helps cool down the room.
I had a really good therapy session yesterday. We discussed how my lack of self-soothing has really messed up a lot of things in my life. My therapist specifically is talking about meditation and deep breathing exercises. I need to get better at doing it daily, because my emotional eating has picked up in the past couple of weeks.
I hope to get to church this morning. I'm struggling with a sinus headache. Not sure if I shared on the PA forum yet, that I am having sinus surgery on June 4th. The doc is also straightening my crooked nose from when I fell and broke it.
