Happy Friday Everyone!!!

B:  gutted w/w everything bagel with l/f cc and lox

S:  Peach or banana and yogurt

L:  leftover lasanga I did not eat yesterday for lunch

S:  Laughing Cow Cheese and fennel

D:  Seafood in a red sauce made with onions, mushrooms and peppers

S:  Klondike bar

That's my plan, hope you have a good eating day and stay on track over the weekend!!!

I've switched up my plan to 4 meals a day rather than 6 because it gives me less times during the day to screw things up.  LOL.  So far, I've lost 4 pounds this week.  who knew?

1 - 2 eggs, ham, cheese, 1/2 bagel with creamcheese
2 - lean cuisine, strawberries, sf pudding
3 - chicken, noodles and a slad
4 - sf ice cream

So far I have had only cereal and milk... not feeling hungry today so I guess I will just ride the 'not hungry wave' for now.
