Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?
So here it is folks, my plan for successing today:
B: Apple Ricotta pancakes w/1 Sausage pattie
S: Yogurt with Kashi
L: Ham w/some veggies
S: Chips with hummus
D: 2 laughing cow cheese slices with fennel and half of a small portion of stouffers lasagna
S: Peach

Good morning! My plan today is:
B: organic french vanilla yogurt with fiber one cereal (my husband calls them twigs)
L: cucumbers & peppers with roasted red pepper hummus, turkey and cheese roll up and a vita muffin
D: grilled chicken with fresh from the garden asparagus and a spring mix salad with balsamic
vinaigrette
S: maybe some Skinny Cow waffle cone ice cream - the jury is still out on that :)
vitamins: done
water: at least 100 oz
exercise: I belong to PF so probably the 30 minute circuit today

I had my protein coffee with a little extra protein this morning
handful of mixed nuts
mini babybel light with 3 oz deli ham
rotisserie chicken and hopefully some broccoli
possibly another protein shake. no coffee in the pm.
all my vits are in
over 64 oz of water already.
fat ass on bike and elliptical tonight at some point....3 days in a row so far!!!! yay me!!!
