Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?

Good Morning PA, Food plan for today is. . .

B: other half of egg white, asparagus and reduced fat feta cheese with a 100 calorie w/w english, smeared with l/f scallion cc

S: 1/2 Banana and Strawberries

L: Sushi

S: Cheese Stick w/Roasted Peppers

D: Slice of Pizza

S: Almond and Pecan clusters

That's my plan, sticking with it, or coming back to make appropriate changes

had my protein shake

little piece of steak and some baked potato no skin with a couple bites of salad

going to millers ale house today and getting either grouper or crab legs

possible piece of cheese thrown into the mix...depends on how hungry i am today.

i am drinking liquids like crazy today. i am at over 44 oz already. gonna have another 44 oz after lunch!

I neglected to post today, and ate everything in sight -- or at least it felt that way.  I'm not writing it down.  It's too horrifying.  Tomorrow is a new day.
