Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?

Well it's Tuesday and I've been up since 4:38 this morning, Roxie got petting time and a 20 minute walk before I headed off to the gym and had breakfast courtesy of the gym. . . my plan. . .

B: W/W everything bagel (gutted) with some lox cream cheese

S: 1/2 of the asparagus and egg white omlet I made for breakfast

L: Mac & Cheese made with cheese, dreamfields pasta and protein powder (1 cup)

S: Strawberries

D: 2 Dumplings and half an order of spicy beef with veggies

S: Pecan and Almond Clusters

As usual, if I change my plan I will come back to correct this, have to come back to add what I have for dinner


My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Good luck tonight.  To thine own self be true!

1 - 2 eggs with peppers and onions, 1/2 mini bagel
2 - banana
3 - ricotta cheese mixture with 1/2 c. pasta and salad
4 - apple and cheese
5 - 3 oz fish, 1/2 c. rice, 1/2 c. broccoli
6 - 1/2 english muffin with peanut butter
