Reclast Calcium Infusion

Has anyone had the Reclast Calcium Infusion?   My  family doctor is recommending I have this. My bone scan indicates I have osteopenia.  The Rx meds most likely will not be absorbed.  I have always taken my calcium citrate and extra vitamin D along with the multiple and B complex.  My RNY surgery was 6 years ago. I'm nervous about getting this infusion.
