Goal Way

I have decided that I do not have a goal weight.  I have a goal way!  I have a goal way of eating that makes me feel better physically.  I have a goal way of living that will help me to live a healther life that includes staying sober, taking my supplements, exercising and attending support group meetings.

I like the way your thinking. . . hope today meets your goal ways. . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

I like this also.  Makes you feel as if you have accomplished something.

I have often wondered what happens when people reach their goal weight if something special happens.  I know that the person will be delighted but the journey and often times the struggles continue.

With Jill's way you keep striving towards something and maybe if you reach a magic number that could be a big milestone instead of the end of the goal.
