What I am eating today.

1 - 2 eggs, 1/2 mini bagel
2 - banana
3 - tomato/cuke salad, chicken sandwich on a burger roll
4 - cheese (I picked up a nutri-grain bar but seeing as it has 11 grams of added sugar, I'm putting it in the lunchroom for someone else to consume)
5 - 3 oz sausage, 1/2 c. pasta, 1/2 c. salad
6 - SF ice cream

B:  1/2 of w/w wrap with mushrooms, spinach, feta and egg whites

S:  almonds and pecans

L:  Steak salad

S:  yogurt

D:  baked crusted chicken parm and spinach I made last night, it fell apart, but still tasty

S:  Skinny cow bar or if bananas are ripe, small banana
