Friday - Whatcha Eating Today?

Another work week comes to an end. . .  my plan for today, whi*****ludes Omlet King as the offices way to thank us for the hard work we do throughout the year (Admin) and a baby shower luncheon to celebrate a co-worker's 2nd child, a baby girl. . .

B:  Omlet made with spinach, reduced fat feta cheese and a small banana

S:  Yogurt

L:  chicken wrap (about 3 inch wrap) and some cesar salad

S:  Dates and nuts

D:  Pork chop and spinach and cup of romaine, tomato and red onion

S:  Skinny cow truffle bar

I love the Omelet King. 

1 - 1 egg, 2 small sausage links, 1/2 eng muffin (and I tasted my SF banana bread)
2 - banana
3 - lean cuisine and salad
4 - apple and cheese
5 - sausage on a hard roll, potato salad
6 - SF ice cream
