4.5 years post-op. . .  the plan today. . .

B:  1/2 eggbeater omlet made with mushrooms, spinach, aspargus, onions and cheese and last of the French Toast.

S:  Either the other half of my omlet or Yogurt and Strawberries

L:  Liver, onions and aspargus

S:  One of the things I mentioned in previous snack

D:  Sushi

S:  None

1 - 2 small sausage links, 1 egg, 1/2 eng muffin
2 - banana
3 - 6" subway turkey sub with veggies on flatbread NO CHIPS
4 - apple with cheese
5 - 3 oz chuck roast, 1/2 c. noodles, 1 c. salad
6 - SF ice cream

my stomach has been weird this week so i haven't been eating much food. more protein drinks

.5 oz ham

protein drink. mint cookie with cup skim and cup almond milk over ice

2.5 oz carving board ham. supposed to have a babybel, but was full

protein drink. cappuccino with 1.5 cup almond milk and carb smart vanilla pudding over ice

honey making meatballs. will have 2 with some sauce and a veggie.
