before and after photos?
They all look good BUT my question is did some have body lifts or not?
I look good but I have hanging skin and short sleeves with my arms
not A NICE look. So is it me or what? I have no money for lifts and no
one can tell me if the surgery will be covered until I SEE a Doctor to find out
more info which I don't get ....again is it me?

Not covered by insurance. Rarely a tiny portion of a tummy tuck may be covered if you have dr documented skin infections not helped by prescriptions for over 6 months. I mortgaged my house for my plastics and it was worth every penny.

Ps: better to have sagging skin than to have it full of fat and be 300 pounds. Be proud of your weight loss and accept the bat wings. They are not pretty, but better than being overweight. I am a size 4 and still have them. That surgery is most likely next year.
Pss: body shapers. They are great!

MaryBeth,
Sara gave you sage advice. Hanging skin is more common that not, depends on a lot of factors, how much weight was lost, how old the person was and had been obese, etc. Some folks look good in clothing, if I keep my arms at my sides, they don't look half bad, but as soon as I raise them, well just part of the landscape of what is today, I'll take it, as I cannot afford plastics and as Sara said, most of the time, you cannot get insurance companies to pick it up, though there are some that are more lenient then others, I've know some with one of the Blue Cross carriers that with the right documentation have gotten some procedures covered, at least part way, but mostly it is the tummy tuck. Ask yourself, whether life today is fuller and overall better than life was many pounds ago. . .
Best wishes, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen
