Tuesday - Watcha Eating Today?

4.5 years post-op, here's my plan. . .

B:  Yogurt, side of bananas and strawberries, 1 cup

S:  Multigrain pancake w/turkey sausage pattie

L:  L/F ham and swiss rolled and put in roasted red peppers

S:  Popcorn and cheese

D:  Turkey Chili w/l/f cheddar

S:  Either Skinny Cow or Strawberries

1 - egg, bacon and 1/2 english muffin
2 - skipping
3 - ham and cheese on toast
4 - skipping
5 - fish fillet, 1/2 c. noodles, 1/2 c. broccoli
6 - sf pudding
