Thursday - Whatcha Eating Today?

4.5 years post-op and my plan for today is. . .

B:  W/W cinnamon raisin french toast w/a side of 1% cottage cheese

S:  celery wth peanut butter and a few pieces of fennel

L:  The stir fry I did not eat as last night's dinner

S:  couple of pieces of smoked turkey and half piece of bread

D: W/W Pasta with tomato sauce with peppers and chicken sausage

S:  Rice pudding (1/2 cup) with strawberries and banana

As you might note, my plan is in place, but often I deviate from it, sometimes to my betterment and other times, not so much, but as I said yesterday, I'm on a journey, there is really no destination in mind, other than to maintain my health and well-being, but I am happy to say that my tool let's me know still that it is in charge and that is a good thing. . .  as always, when this day ends and if I change anything from what I listed here, I will come back and use those buttons at the bottom of this post to edit and let you know what I actually ate. . .   Thanks for all of you who do participate.

I stayed exactly on plan yesterday, had some serious bathroom issues (TMI?) and was down 4 pounds this morning.  I know my tool works and my plan is a good one.  Why I can't just seem to stick to it every day is beyond me.

Today's plan:

1 - 2 eggs with cheese, 1 oz bagel
2 - banana
3 - lean cuisine and salad
4 - apple and cheese
5 - 1 sausage, 1/2 c. rigatoni with sauce
6 - SF ice cream.

Here is my plan for today..

B:Banana Lean Body Shake

S: Missed it :(

L: Ham and cheese

S: 2 string cheese

D: Diced grilled chicken with white beans

S: Maybe an Atkins shake after Zumba

Here's what is on tap for today:

              -  2 packets of oatmeal with blueberries

              -  string cheese and an apple

              -   3 coco pops with turkey chili

              -   sugar free popsicle and a string cheese

              -   don't know yet

               -   1/4 cup popcorn and trail mix
