Capital blue cross

 Has anyone had problems getting a revision with Capital Blue Cross??

I am not a revision patient but had a heck of a time with them for my original approval. Get hold of your representative and get the FULL list of requirements that they will ask for prior to approval. Write it down and check it twice. I definitely felt that they would do ANYTHING to AVOID covering my surgery!
