B:  W/W cinnamon raisin french toast

S:  Fruit cup, melon, strawberries, pineapple

L:  1/2 salmon filet, some of a sweet potato and brocolli rabe

S:  Individual serving of popcorn

D:  Homemade stir fry, made with chicken, peppers, mushrooms and onions in a chili pepper olive oil.

S:  Skinny Cow Truffle Bar

1 - 1 egg, 1 oz ham, 1 oz bagel
2 - banana
3 - 6" subway turkey sub on flatbread - NO CHIPS - apple slices
4 - skipping because I'm getting my nails done and will be eating lunch late.
5 - fish fillet, 1/2 c. pasta, 1 c. salad
6 - SF pudding

trying to get lots of water, but i am having a hard time drinking it.
