Wednesday - Whatcha Eating Today?
Good Morning Friends, At 4.5 years out, here's my plan for this day:
B: 1/2 gutted pumpernickel bagel with smear of cream cheese and lox
S: Yogurt
L: Chicken Sausage and Romaine lettuce with l/f, s/f dressing
S: Beef jerky (revised plan)
D: Refried beans w/l/f cheddar (1/2 cup) and 11 blue corn chips (revised plan)
S: Strawberries and banana (1 cup) (revised plan)
As usual, if the plan changes, I will come back and make changes accordingly. Hope you have a wonderful day!

At 1:35 a.m. I ate 3 triscuits and a slice of cheese. I started punishing myself this morning and then stopped. I had to laugh at myself. Do I really want to beat myself to a bloody pulp over 3 triscuits??? What came to mind was my previous life's binges, whi*****luded bags of chips, bags of Oreos, boxes of Tastykakes followed by bagels with creamcheese. Yeah, I can give myself a break today and thank God for this gift of WLS.
1 - 1 egg, 1 oz ham, 1 oz rye bread
2 - banana
3 - chinese -- salmon w/black bean sauce and a couple of tablespoons of white rice.
4 - apple with cheese
5 - chicken divan (3/4 cup) with 1/4 cup white rice and 1/2 c. salad.
6 - SF ice cream
