Monday - Watcha Eating Today?
Monday morning clean up time...
ate way too many carbs over the weekend.. crashed Friday night after the seder from too many carbs and crashed last night AT my friends' house because I ate jelly beans, cheesecake and drank some chocovine.. uh, DUH.. thankfully they both had GBS and get it..not that they stopped me from eating it, but that's MY responsibility, not theirs.
SO, today.. back to clean eating

L: tuna w/ carrots
S: KIND bar
D: roasted chicken, asparagus and quinoa
S: not sure yet
gym today with the trainer.. hoping/planning to bring Siehara with me.

- trail mix (dark choc. covered edamame, soy nuts, almonds)
- german potato salad and a small piece of chicken
- string cheese and 3 peanut butter crackers
- dream fields angel hair pasta w/ chicken, tomato sauce and cheese
- lite popcorn
