Wild Wacky Weekend of Eating. I actually felt sick and depressed Sunday and could not figure out why. I did not feel BAD for eating what I ate. None of it was compulsive or unplanned but most of it was off of my plan of eating. I realized that eating those foods made me chemically depressed, Not liking that at all. Gotta remember that.

B- Carrot/apple/Ginger juice supplements
Oatmeal
coffee cream and truvia

S- Trying a new protein bar no artificial sweeteners etc
QUEST Bar Cinnamon Roll

Hey Nicole. . .

I hear on what eating off plan can cause in you, I have a similar reaction, guess it's the physical, mental and spiritual aspect of what we do that creates in us that imbalance. . .  I, personally, find myself being unmotivated when I eat too far off plan, or the things I don't ordinarily eat.

There were some folks in support group on Saturday that love those Quest bars, hope you enjoy yours.

Have a great day

I had a tough day yesterday, feeling melancholy and depressed.  I was eating self-pity and loneliness yesterday.  So hard to forgive myself when that happens.  I didn't have a plan for today, but I know it's better to have one than not, so here goes:

1 - 1 egg, ham (not weighed), 1 oz bagel
2 - banana
3 - Lean Cuisine and SF wafers
4 - apple with cheese
5 - 3 oz ham on 2 sl rye bread with mayo
6 - SF pudding

Call me crazy, but I need to post my "changes" here, where I can be completely honest and not have people tell me what I **should** do.

I did not weigh the ham at dinner, but I think it was within range.
But then, there was leftover SF chocolate cake, which I grabbed a piece of on the run to my daughter's therapy session.  Tonight's snack was 2 small pieces of rye bread toast rather than SF pudding.  I often crave carbs at night, but I know that I am capable of sticking with the dairy.   I just wanted what I wanted tonight, and didn't want to do what I was told to do.  So, maybe I am a bit rebellious.  I'm also still feeling lonely for some reason.

Jill, you are not crazy.  I wish I was accountable like you are.

I am trying really hard to be more accountable for what I eat.  I give you a TON of credit for coming back and posting.

Sorry you are feeling lonely.

Good for staying honest and Jill if you look at my posting, I come back, hit the edit button and put in the actual choices I made at the end of the day.  If I don't stay honest, then I won't stay the course. . .  put down the bat, remember we can start our days over at any point we choose. . .  Sending hugs your way.

P.S.  We just went through a full moon and as some of the oldtimers will remind us, it does affect our moods. . .
