B: eggbeater omlet made with roasted red peppers and feta and half of a bagel (insides ripped out)

S: 1/2 banana and strawberries

L: Turkey Meatloaf and some brocolli made with olive oil, lemon and seasonings

S: Beef Jerky

D: Chicken Sausage and Veggies

S:  Popcorn

1 - 1 egg, 1 oz meatloaf, 1 oz bagel
2 - banana
3 - Lean Cuisine and 1 c. salad
4 - apple with 1 oz cheese
5 - 1 burger on a bun with 1/2 c. broccoli
6 - 1/2 c. SF pudding

3 - roast chicken and some carrots w/lite ranch dsg

4 - banana and string cheese

5 - dreamfields angel hair pasta with some eggplant

6 - sugar free popsicle
