Here is my plan..

B: Atkins Advantage Shake and a small banana

S: 2 String Cheese

L: 3 meatballs

S: Atkins Oatmeal Cinnamon Square

D: Mixed Greens with Grilled Chicken

S: SF Ice Cream

S- forgot to bring one

L- 1/2 of a 6 inch sub  will eat only the insides if I cannot find a whole wheat option ( work lunch)

going to the chinese medicine lady LOL so no snac****il after
chai latte

D- turkey chili/ beans, turkey hidden veggies

S- Apple and PB before bed

     Here's the plan for today:

                   B - 2 packs of instant oatmeal, blueberries, splenda

                   S - 1 string cheese and an apple

                   L - (3) Lean Cusine Garlic Chicken Spring Rolls

                   S - 1 string cheese and a banana

                   D - Dream Fields Angel Hair pasta w/ ricotta and mozzarella

                   S -  trail mix - chocolate covered edamame, almonds, soy nuts

Happy Thursday. . .

B:  Eggbeaters w/alpine lace cheese, one slice of canadian bacon

S:  2 x 2 square of french toast (my rendition of Paula Dean recipe)

L:  Forgot it at home, so unsure of what I will be eating, probably salad with chicken or something of the like

S:  Strawberries, banana with light sour cream

D:  the other half of lunch ;)

S:  Skinny Latte

3 - 6" subway turkey sub on flatbread
4 - apple with 1oz cheese
5 - 3 oz chicken, 1/2 c. noodles, 1/2 c. green beans
6 - 1/2 c. SF ice cream
