D:  Italian wedding soup (escarole, turkey meatballs and l/f, l/sodium chicken broth)

D: london broil/ spinach &  salad with oil & vinegar

1 - 2 eggs with peppers and onions, 1/2 mini bagel
2 - 1/2 c. pineapple
3 - lean cuisine with 1 c. salad
4 - apple with 1 oz cheese
5 - 3 oz fish fillet, 1/2 c. rice, 1/2 c. broccoli
6 - 1/2 c. SF pudding

I finally bit the bullet and got an OA sponsor.  She has me making 3 phone calls a day to OA people for support.  My phone is starting to weigh less.  LOL.  I used to have such a hard time reaching out to people, even just to stay hello.

S - an apple and 3 peanut butter crackers

D - inside of a small sweet potato and minute steak w/onions and peppers

S - trail mix (dark chocolate covered edamame, almonds, soy nuts)

 It was a Whey Shake for breakfast

lunch was homemade chicken corn soup with whole wheat noodles and diced potatoes.

snack was slimfast  chocolately nougat gone nuts bar

supper was 2 piecs of pizza with bacon on it

snack 3 pineapple slices
