D: Boca Burger with leftover black bean and mushroom hash

Good morning Jackie - here's my plan for the day...

B:  Chocolate Matrix Protein Shake

S:  Activia Yogurt

L:  Salad

S:  Cheese Sticks

D:  Not sure yet?? Possibly a veggie or turkey wrap

S:  Really going to try and cut snacks out at night - they've been a real problem for me lately.

Good Morning Jackie PA Folks,

B:  1 multigrain and oat pancake, 1 egg (white part only), 1/2 banana and small turkey sausage patty

S:  A couple of dates

L:  Leftover veletized carmel chicken (made in broth instead of friend), with small amount of brown rice

S:  Coconut Bar (Atkins type)

D:  Italian wedding soup (escarole, turkey meatballs and l/f, l/sodium chicken broth), 1/4 cup of homemade gluten free mac and cheese

S:  None

S:  2 WW String Cheese with a skimpy piece of Mock Calzone

L:  Leftover Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken

S:  Jello

D:  Mixed Greens Salad with Cucumber and Tomato w/Tomato Dressing

S:  1.25 oz. bag of peanuts

1 - 2 eggs with onion, 1/2 mini bagel
2 - 1/2 c. pineapple
3 - 2 oz white pizza dip, 1/2 mini bagel, 1/2 c. broccoli
4 - apple with 1 oz cheese
5 - burger on a bun, 1 c. salad
6 - sf pudding
