Me...

B: 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, 1 slice turkey bacon, 1 piece of 9 grain toast

S: SF Pudding

L: 5 mini meatballs

S: 2 string cheese

D: Cube steak made in the crock pot covered with mushrooms 

S: The other half of yesterdays SF Water Ice

Morning Jackie,

This is my plan for today, though weekeds are much more haphazard as I'm usually on the go and therein lies the challenge. . .

B:  Eggbeater omlet made with reduced fat cheddar and roasted red peppers 1/2 of a gutted w/w everything bagel

S:  Beef Jerky (portable)

L:  I will be out, so I will look for a healty choice meal

S:  Fruit of some kind, probably apple, banana (small)

D:  Feeling like chinese, may go to Pei Wei's, they made "velvetized" meals, meaning it's not fried, but made with broth, carmel chicken or bbq korean chicken w/brown rice (probably 2 or 3 tblspns)

S:  No sugar added Klondike bar

That's my plan, I will edit later per actual eating

1 - 1 egg, 1 oz bacon, 1/2 mini bagel, 1/2 oz cheese
2 - strawberries
3 - 2 oz fish, 1 oz potato, 1 c. salad
4 - apple with 1 oz cheese
5 - 3 oz shrimp, 1/2 c. pasta, 1/2 c. broccoli
6 - 1/2 c. sf ice cream

I did not stick to my plan yesterday.  I shared at my OA meeting that I am really struggling.  I asked someone to be my sponsor last night and have some assignments today that will hopefully keep me focused and successing.  So far, so good.

This is what I have eaten so far today:

     1 - 2 packets of oatmeal with blueberries and Splenda

     2 - lo fat string cheese and an orange

    3 -  handful of almonds, 2 slices of Vermont Cheddar Cracker Barrel Cheese with 4 pita chips

     4 - slice of cheese pizza with top crust ripped off

     5 - small sweet potato and 3 chicken nuggets

     6 - sugar free popsicle

Been picking up salty things - chips, pretzels because I haven't been eating all the food I plan so I am getting hungry.  Gotta stay on the plan more

  B- Body Fortress chocolate protein shake with skim milk & half bannana
  S- Sorgento cheddar cheese stick
  L- Two chili baby back ribs &  a couple bites of salad
  D- Two more baby back ribs & couple bites of salad
  
   Exercise- walked dog 2miles & arm weights
  water-70oz
  vitiamins, calcium were taken
