TGIF roll call
Morning PA - I have to agree with you this morning Ida - I'm exhausted as well. First full week back to work after surgery, trying to clean things up here - packing at home - selling stuff. It's been a long week.
Last night at PT they had this guy Ron work me over - and when I say that I really mean it - OMG I am so sore this morning! He was trying to evaluate my motor skills and strength and by the time I was done I almost felt like crying - not from pain - not sure what it was! Got home and got dinner out - ate 2 bites and that was it. Iced my shoulder some more and just relaxed.
It's going to be crazy busy for us this weekend - we have a Knights of Columbus pancake breakfast tomorrow morning - I have a hair refurb at 1:30 - friends coming tomorrow night. Sunday my one stepdaughter is coming to pick up furniture, and in between all that other people are coming for furniture I've sold. House looks like a bomb exploded (sorry Ida, I know you've been dealing with much, much worse).
But it is Friday - that's a good thing!!

Morning Ida...hope you get some time to enjoy your weekend and actually relax for a change.
Today I'm working the old Aetna job til about 4:15ish.
I have a double trainer session tonight. They are normally 30 minutes, but since I couldn't get in any other day, she booked me for an hour tonight so I could get all 3 of my sessions in this week! I already scheduled appointments for the next 2 weeks.. no excuses!! She said we will do cardio and finish with the initial appointment/analysis since we did the weight and measurements at the first one. We should be doing abs and lower body after the cardio tonight.
After the gym, I am going to take Siehara out for dinner and maybe somewhere else.. bowling?Movies? something.. we need to do something together. I am even forgoing my favorite band at the casino.. sorry drummer boy, you'll have to wait til next time... LMAO!
Tomorrow morning Siehara and I are attending a Bat Mitzvah for one of her friends who she went to the Jewish Day School and camp with. I THINK Siehara will be spending the afternoon with her and then going to the party and sleeping over at her place. That was the plan as of last Saturday. I am going to get in touch with the mom today to be sure of the plan. If that IS the case, then I will probably hit the gym in the afternoon and Neil will be coming in (no matter what). We will spend the evening doing something together... what we do will be determined by if we are taking Siehara to the party or not.

Ida - I totally agree with the exhaustion...however, that is mostly because I am unhappy at work. So not my normal!
Anyway - Good morning all! I am at school. The kids are here. It is currently blissfully quiet! We shall see how long that lasts. I had a relatively good day yesterday. I was able to be a little more like myself with the kids. I schmoozed a little and had some nice, non-math, conversations. THAT is the educator I like to be - the one who lets the kids in a little at a time into my life and i like to then get a little in to theirs. I HATE being the teacher that just does the work and nothing else. It is not my personality to be like that. So, I am hopeful that once the testing is done in the next two weeks, I will be able to slowly get back to the educator that I enjoy being.
Today is school, the I am leavinga early for a doctors appointment, I am having some issues that I really need to get resolved. I am a bit uncomfortable and need to not put off the doctor. Then I am tutoring this afternoon if I get there on time - should be ok. Usually this doctor takes you relatively quickly. Then picking up the girls and heading to dinner with fb hubby and family and then the girls and I are going to watch the production that a friend of ours is in. Tomorrow - MY 25th HIGH SCHOOL REUNION!!!!!! OH! MY! GOD!!!!! I have appointments for my hair and make-up. I am really excited about it - so many of us have reconnected on facebook. Even those that I knew, but were not necessarily close with, are all talking about it. One of my oldest and dearest friends from high school AND camp is coming in from Yuma, Arizona for this! I have not seen him in 20 years. Can't wait to hug that boy! All of my closest high school friends are ALL going. I can't beleive we all made this a priority, but we did. And even my dear friend BETH VOHL will be there!
That is it for me. Hoping for a nice day getting the kids psyched for the test! Happy weekend everyone! :)

I woke up late this morning, so I had to really move it to get to school on time!! I should have stayed home....today is career day at school so I have not seen ANY of my kids today?!? I would take them this afternoon but I have to leave early to go to a drs appt. Then I have to rush out to get two quick birthday presents, get the child, get her changed, then we are going to see the Lorax tonight for her friends bday party....we will get some pizza ahead of time.
This weekend is JAMMM packed!! Tomorrow is my 25th HS reunion as Steffi said. During the day I plan on taking it easy while Dee and hubby go on a GS field trip. Then Sunday Dee has Hebrew School, then we are going to ANOTHER birthday party in the afternoon. I can see that I am going to get NOTHING done, but I will be having ALOT of fun!!!! So it is all good!

It has been a 2 day work week for me and I am still ready for the weekend...lol. We had a great time surprising Caleb with his trip to Disney World for hos big Eagle Scout gift. He was totally shocked and surprised. We were there last Fri thru thi spast Tues night and had a blast. The weather there was fan-freaking-tastic. Caleb votes that we relocate to Florida. Believe me , if we could, I would. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Greetings Ida and PA,
Sorry I am late. The nurse came, and I have been either tidying, or resting. I have another sinus infection, and the ENT thinks my broken nose may ben effecting my sinuses. I have a low grade fever, which sometimes happens with these infections.
This evening, I am heading to an AA meeting. Then a friend is coming over so we can watch a Bible study video we missed last night at church. I downloaded it, and can hook my laptop up to my HDTV.
