Low Carb Seafood Bisque

Seafood Bisque:

Serves 6

8 oz shrimp, cooked & shelled in bag
8 oz can clams, with juice
10 oz bag frozen California Blend veggies
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup light cream
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Light
2 tablespoon parsley, fresh chopped
salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Saute onion in "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" Light for 3-5 minutes. Add veggies, broth, pepper, garlic, seasoning and bring to boil.

Reduce heat to simmer, add clams &shrimp, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Add cream, mixing well. Ladle into bowls and serve!

Tip: Process in a Magic Bullet for a smooth bisque soup.
