Oh My I am soooooo tired.....

Going back to work yesterday took everything out of me.....

Work today till 4ish.  Will see how I'm feeling at that point that will decide treadmill or bed.

Nicole - sending positive thoughts and prayers that the cig quitting is easing up for you.  The family drama and ex-husband as I've learned had to walk away and put up boundaries and walls to keep me safe from them.   I hope you do not have to do the same and if you do find the need to have to make yourself safe from them, that you find the strength you'll need to do so.

Trish - sending out prayers for your continued recovery.

Good morning all - Ida, hope you get a boost of energy somewhere along the way - seems like work and school are draining you these days - I'm sure the house situation isn't helping, but that seems to be coming along now?

Prayers to Trish and Nicole - things will be looking up soon.

I'm at work - honestly getting tired of this commute more than ever - probably because I know how close we are to coming to the end of it. Plus my left arm has been hurting worse than ever - surgery is Monday and while I'm never happy to go under the knife I'm ready. This afternoon I have to go to the family doc and have a nose swab for MRSA - I've had it in the past and the surgical center said to have one because if I'm still carrying the virus they'll have to isolate me and bump up my antibiotics. Hopefully it's out of my system for good.

Not much else going on for me right now...head is spinning with the whole house thing, but I'll get through it. I did get on my bike last night - Pandora radio now has work-out playlists that you can listen to - I listen to Classic Rock for the work-out, then flip over to Yoga for the cool down - works pretty good!

Thanks so much for all the prayers everyone. My surgery went well. They use two incisions and took out a clot.  Not sure when I will be discharged from the hospital yet. Very grateful for all the love and support here and at OFF and Facebook.

Good Morning Pa. and Ida,
Have been off line because of a computer virus, has been fixed now I am no longer "infected".  Did not know how much I missed my computer until I didn't have it.  Ida hope you get an energy infusion.  Kathy I know how you really want to be in your new home in Fl.  I bought my Tn. house so I would have it to retire to, and then when I did retire I took the "(It is now over 2 1/2 years, finally with end in sight, I will be done when the kids get out of school in May, at least that's the plan)  I need a life, have been living like a gypsy, living out of a suitcase for all this time.  At least I have eliminated the Pa. stop.  I will be so much happier when I can finally settle down and start living for myself.  I love my grands, but I need me time.  I have met lots of people in Tn., and will start looking for a part time job once I am here, as this house is out in the country, I need people stimulation.  That being said, I am in Tn., packing the car to head north to Md. to resume my nanny duty.  Having a few weeks off was good, but must return to start the whole cycle all over again.
Need to start exercising more, and watching what I eat.  Gonna have to start logging, as I don't think I am getting enough protein.  Hair is starting to fall out again, nails are terrible all the bad signs.
Well need to get started as this is a 11 hour trip at least.

 Good morning all of PA.  Sitting in school having already had a meeting this morning.  I had a meeting yesterday during my lunch and had to deal with 9 challenging students during my other period in which I am supposed to use that time to prepare for other classes.  I have another meeting at my lunch AGAIN today.  And now we are hearing that we will not be getting paid for those meetings when they run into our lunch or preparation time.  We are going to not go to these necessary meetings if we are not going to get paid for them.  It is ridiculous that we are expected to work through our CONTRACTUAL lunch and then not get compensated for it.  Oy - such is the life of a Philadelphia Public School educator!

Today is going to be another nutso day.  First of all - i am fighting a cold.  I am trying my damndest to be in complete denial of the whole thing....We shall see how THAT works out as the day progresses.  As I said earlier - I have a meeting this afternoon during my lunch period and then after school I have my therapist appointment.  I am then able to come home for a little while and then my goal is to make it to Barix tonight for support group.  I haven't been since first Saturday in December and I need to get my butt there!  Then home.  Larry is on his second day of day shift - already this morning he was completely annoying as he didn't like that i was in his way. Seriously?!?!  Move the eff over, we can both be at the sink at the same time.  UGH!  Again, his new schedule is going to take some getting used to.  Josh was able to take Larry's car this morning as he now works in walking distance to our house.  So, I drove Larry in...make sense?  He can walk, but I drove him in....Yes - the chaos of my life!  But, it is all good as I am very happy that he is with me at the end of a day.

Ida, I know what you mean about being tired! Last night I fell asleep sitting up on the couch?!?! NEVER do I do that!!!

Today is wor****il 3:30, then a walk with my walking buddy(ies). Yesterday we did 2 MILES!!! YEAH US!! I am hoping to do the same or more! Come home afterward, make dinner, do homework, relax for a bit then bed! Dee has Hebrew school so she won't get home until 7pm.

Nothing else exciting....btw, Dee's phone is STILL missing and no, we didn't put insurance on it, DUH!?!?!? So, we might look at one of our old phones and get a SIM card for that! If she loses this one, she is SOL!!! Sometimes I REALLY wonder about her???

 Good afternoon all... well, it will be afternoon by the time I am finished writing this.  

I woke up at 3 am having belly issues... spent at least 1/2 hour in and out of the bathroom.  I'm going to assume that it was something I ate at the Chinese restaurant last night.  I woke up for work this morning, exhausted from the interrupted sleep.  

Took Jasper to the vet.  He is having discharge from his eyes and ears again and I wanted to get him meds before it got worse.  The vet confirmed that it's a respiratory thing that can come and go for awhile and is most likely from the environment he was in before I got him.  Poor thing.  He was such a trooper until they were almost done cleaning his ears out.  But, he was still sooo good.  They gave me meds to give him for the next few days and to have on hand to use as needed.  

Tonight, I work at Dress Barn.  I am really not looking forward to going in because I am so tired.  But, I gotta do what I gotta do.  

That's about it around here.
