Anemic Again

OK what kind of iron do you all take? How much?? I cannot seem to keep the anemia at bay

I take the iron my WLS practice and my PCPI told me to take.  I have to order them @ CVS, they are not a stock item.

Ferrous Gluconate Tablets, USP 324 mg.

I take one pill a day, Gene has to take 2 because his Iron is lower than me.  Gene's iron tends to run lower then mine does...

anemic ... same... i was told ferrous fumarate absorbs in the bowel.... CVS doesnt sell it anymore)... my primary... since I dont see my sugeon- 4 YEARS+ out... is monitoring my extremely heavy periods... I saw there was a perscription for that............. buuuuuttttttt...... i am tired and want to be off damned perscriptions so we can have friggin healthy baby someday!!!!! argh.

sooo...i thing ferrous fumarate is the best, but dont know where you can get it.
