OT: FLORIDA HOUSE
I just got off the phone with our realtor and our offer on the house in Florida HAS BEEN ACCEPTED!! They accepted our price AND are paying our closing costs - WOO-HOO!!!!
So there are obviously some things that need to be worked out, but it looks like we'll be settling on a house in Florida at the end of October!!!

I make the trip to Florida several times a year to visit with my daughters and grandchildren there, so now I will have another friend to visit with too!!! Congrats! Hope that when you put your house on the market, you get a good price and it does not take long to sell!!!
