I am so excited Nik is bringing her Holiday Pouch Party to Pa!  It is going to be in the Pittsburgh area. On Nov 5th. We will be able to taste some of her fantastic recipes, meet other post/pre-ops and have a great time. Since this will be the first major Holiday since my surgery I am excited to learn great ways to incorporate how I need to eat with how my family does for Thanksgiving! 

I hope all those close by can come! I would love to meet some other Pa, Oh Va, Wv OHers... Here is the link to the info about the Party...

You will have SUCH a good time! I went to one of NIc's parties in York, PA last summer - she does a terrific job!
