Good Morning Liz, PA Friends,

I'm sorry to hear about the back spasm, please have it checked out if there is anything residual with that.  A few months back I had something like that happen to me though it was not my back, but both legs and feet, spasm and cramping, pain that shot up my leg from my toes that went right into the groin area, it was awful.  I think it had to do with low levels of some nutrients, as well as my fluid intake being off.  Hopefully, you don't have that kind of pain again and hope you have a good day!

Ida, you've sure had your fair share of things to deal with lately and I am hoping that sometime soon things turn around and you can have some peace in your life!!!

Driving this morning was soooooo much fun, now I leave my house at 5 a.m. so that I can work out before work, it is dark and raining and you can't see the water until you're in it, so it was a couple of scary moments I had driving to the gym this morning, once I got out of the gym, it was much better because I could see.  Anyway, my day is being spent at work, will make a noontime AA meeting and then home after work, possibly going to see the grands this evening depending on how I feel and the weather.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day, drive carefully and sending wishes for peace and strength for all in need of it to face life's many challenges.

Hugs, Laureen

OMG.. I am soooo tired today.  I was up somewhat late last night, but not too bad.  I woke up around 5 this morning for some unknown reason and of course couldn't fall back to sleep.  I could really use a nap now, but of course I cannot do that.

Today I am working til 3:30 for Aetna.  At 11:45, I have to take Jasper to the vet.  He has had some discharge coming from his ear, which is waxy.  They checked it out when I got him and didn't find anything like ear mites, but it is still there and he sometimes has gunk coming out of his eyes and nose.  He is also sneezing every now and then.  As cute as it is when  he does it, I know that he needs to be checked.  So, in we go today.  Hopefully it is nothing major.

After work, I have to go over to the realtor's office to sign a few more papers and find out if settlement is definitely taking place on Sept 16 and if I need to be there for it.  I  will also find out if I get my cut of the proceeds at settlement or if it needs to go through the attorneys, first.  I will be so happy when this is over.  I can pay my attorney and get some bills taken care of.  It is not going to be as much as I originally hoped, but anything will help.  Then, I can also finalize my divorce.

From there, Siehara has Bat Mitzvah tutoring.  She has to master her Torah portion and keep practicing her other parts.  We are going to have to work on her speech about the portion and her thank you speech VERY soon.

I didn't get to Staples yesterday, so I am going to have to get there today.  I did get a block of rooms held at one hotel, but I am going to get back in touch with another today to see if they have rooms and can give me a better price.  I'll go with whatever is cheapest.

According to my calendar there is a band parents meeting tonight, but I have not heard anything else about it.  If Siehara doesn't say anything, I'm not going.  My friends in Quakertown want me to come hang out for a bit.  I told them it depended on crazy I was going with all my errands and how Siehara is today.  She could not fall asleep last night, even with her Melatonin, so she was up til about 11 and was kind of crabby this morning.  She DID get up on her own, though, so that's a good thing.

Enough about my crazy day.. it's miserable outside and I wish I could just stay in.  But, life beckons.. back to work.

Hi honey - take care of you!

I am only here for a moment.  My kids - mostly Joshua - drove me nuts this morning so I started to get all anxious.  I have no idea how to combat that part of this illness.  I guess I will be talking with the therapist about that when I see her next week.

Today, school, probably doctor AGAIN, the ear pain and pressure are back and I am sooo sad about it - it is so frustrating to not be able to get getter.  I don't get it. I have been on the antibiotic since Thursday and it hurts again??!!  That is not helping my mood either!

Then Molly has her therapist appointment.  Larry is back to work for two nights and I am hopeful for a quiet evening.  Maybe a Phillies game too - if the weather holds out!

Happy Wednesday all!
